Already the journey to the mountain wedding of Carolin and Benjamin was something very special: The Almbad is to be reached only in an approximately one-hour foot march, why we already met one day before the wedding ceremony in the valley and hiked together on the alp.
Arrived at the top, the Almbad Huberspitz awaited us. A small but fine mountain hut, surrounded by picturesque scenery, which could take a little bit of the excitement away from the excited couple due to its idyllic location.
After the last preparations and hand movements the mountain wedding finally took place in the open air and with a breathtaking view of the Schliersee in the valley next to it. The wedding speaker was Yvonne Lukowski, who, like many of the guests present, was also dressed in festive costumes, giving the wedding in the Almbad Huberspitz an even more traditional touch. The secret star of the wedding ceremony, however, was a four-legged friend – the couple’s dog presented them with their wedding rings in a small basket.
After the affirmation of Carolin and Benjamin, I had the opportunity to photograph the radiant bride and groom around the Almbad am Schliersee on meadows, by the water and of course with their animal ring carrier. This beautiful day was rounded off by a great party with lots of music and exuberant dancing.
